I must read this 'Lovecraft'.

I imagine it to be night, and the tree to be covered in spiderwebs. So it isn't full of holes, and is much thinner then it seems.

The well is so tiny!

I always seem to be drawn to Lovecraftian images when browsing the new images, no wonder it seemed so familiar until I read the artist comment!
I love your linework and I agree that is a truly fabulous story by H.P. Lovecraft.

Astounding, really, how well Lovecraft predicted the results of nuclear fallout so long before such a thing was considered a threat. Definitely one of my favourite stories of his.
