Digital Art / Miscellaneous / Fantasy

Revision of an old sketch for Digital Drawing class.
Not entirely satisfied, feel it could use more work (there were several more stages after this one, but they were media-experimental and I'm even less satisfied with them).
Also feel the text is a little overly.....well, maudlin. And I haven't decided yet whether that's good for the image or now.

Comment/critique would be wonderful.

I think it's the font you've used.

Otherwise, hell. it blows all of my digital stuff away.

Mmm, very possible... it's a pretty boring font, isn't it?
It needs more playing about.

I can't believe how much my stuff's improved just by learning all of the functions one can tweak out of Photoshop and Illustrator, or a combination of the two.
