Institute plaque, enamel by teriathanin Institute plaque, enamel by teriathanin
I am the Institute of Sub-Ocular Thaumaturgy.
It's a big part of my thesis, and this is an experimental plaque I created for it, using the same acid-etch PnP technique as the prior two enamels I posted.
Enamels used: Dry Opaque grey and dry hard flux.

Wading through your gallery at the moment is like strolling through the Pitt Rivers Museum in Oxford, which is my favouritest place in the whhhooooolllee world!

!! :D I have not gotten to see/hear of this place! I was at the time reading about the Hokes archive and the Museum of Jurassic Technology ('Mr. Wilson's Cabinet of Wonders' is a fun book, if you can find it in your local library).

But Pitt Rivers...hmmm

My husband is going to LA in the spring because of the 'Illustrators of the Future' contest, and I've told him he'd better find that museum or else there will be much anger from me for him wasting a trip there.
